There once was this lovely little lady by the name of Eva Nall, well one day she decided that driving to Abilene to purchase out-of-the ordinary foods and supplements was getting to be a big hassle... thus the Big Spring Health Food Store was born! She started in 1965 with the intentions of keeping herself and her family and those around her healthy with proper foods and supplements. Herbs, vitamins, minerals, specialty foods and teas were the basis for this. Her daughter Betty Ray carried on this tradition long after Ms. Nall retired and now I am happy to say that I am carrying on the same tradition for the both of them. Although my knowledge isn't as deep as Ms. Nall's was, I have 25 yrs of experience. Our store prides itself on great customer service, and providing the highest quality products available. We continue to provide an excellent selection despite our small physique! We special order products and can mail things out to you. We have customers all over the U.S. most of them shopped in our store when they lived here and continue to do business with us.
